About CFC

Computer Forensic Club was established under Department of Information Science and Computing (ISC), from Faculty of Information Science and Engineering, Management and Science University (MSU).

The club members vary from student in different courses in MSU. All students are welcome to join the club.

History of the CF Challenge

The first Computer Forensic Challenge was first held in 2012 and continue to be an annual event of the club. It was first opened to students from Diploma and Bachelor in Computer Forensic. Now, the challenge opens to all student in the university.

Rules and Regulations




1. Smoking, eating, and drinking are NOT allowed in the labs.
2. Student are allowed to bring their own laptop.
3. Mobile phones must be switched to silence mode at all times.
4. Do not communicate with other team.
5. If the student are caught cheating the whole team will be disqualified from the competition.
6. Participant are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and courteous manner while in Computer Lab.
7. Participant are allowed to use Internet access and surf the web.
8. Games are strictly prohibited on all Computer Labs resources. Students running games will be asked to close the game.
9. Users should not prevent or disrupt another user from using of any computer and other facility in the computer lab.
10. Participant are strictly advised to take care of their personal belonging all the time. The University is not responsible and liable to any loss of personal belonging in the computer labs.
